What is meant by a "one way journey"? This is exactly as it sounds. A journey starting from one point (point A) to another point (point B). There are no pick-ups or drop-offs allowed other than at these two specified points. Our quotations are based on 1 pick up and 1 drop off. What is meant by a "return journey"? Starting at point A going direcly to point B. Then at a later specified time returning directly from point B back to point A. What if I need more drop-offs and/or pick-ups? By hiring the car & driver by the hour (3 hour minimum) the car is available to take you and your passengers wherever you want whenever you want. Hourly hire is ideal for club/ bar hopping and hen & stag nights or any other occasion where you want to visit multiple locations. If you want to move a large number of people (several times the capacity of one limo) from one location to another it may be more economical to hire a smaller number of vehicles by the hour rather than pay for lots of individual trips. How far in advance do you recommend bookings? We would recommend booking as far in advance as possible - especially for special events and occassions. If you change your plans up to a week before the hire date you can changes the times/dates or we will give you a credit good for one year. Many of our clients book months or even a year or more in advance - this is especially important for those times of year when demand is exceptionally high e.g. Ascot, Christmas/ New Year & major sporting events. Why do you need to know exactly when I want the car? This is to make sure we have the vehicle available that you want when you want it. Why do you need to know where I am going? We need to work out how long your journey will take. For hourly rentals it is to make sure the requested car is available for the time you want it. Can you supply balloons, party hats, ribbon for the exterior of the car etc.? Yes please let us know your requirements in advance and we'll do our best to help you. How do we find the driver after our flight arrival?
Our drivers will meet their passengers at the exit from the customs hall inside the airport terminal. Drivers will hold a sign board with the passenger name written on it , and will wait next to the information desk. The airport can be very crowded at times, therefore if you cannot see your driver please ask the assistant at the information desk to page your driver or call us on 01634 220223 from any telephone box at the airport and we will locate him / her for you. What happens if the flight is delayed? All flight arrival times are checked with the airline , should you arrive early or late (no matter how late!) The driver will wait for you . How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs? The driver will wait for 60 minutes before making enquiries with the airline, customs or immigration and will make 3 paging calls , only after all of this done and there is no sign of the passenger will the driver leave the airport. If you are delayed in customs or the baggage area for more than one hour after arrival , please call our office to ensure your driver will wait, if for some reasons you can not get in touch call us when you are out and we will send another car for you at no extra cost. How long is the trip between the airport & London? The total trip time between airport terminal & city location takes from 60-90 minutes for Heathrow & 90-120 minutes for Gatwick each way depending on time of day and traffic conditions also it might take longer if there is public transport strike or road work. Do your drivers carry Mobile-phones ? Yes all our drivers carry mobile-phones. Passengers may have the use of these if required (a fee will be charged if the call exceed 2 minutes or if the call is international (£ 0.50 a minute for UK calls and £1.50 a minute for international calls) What methods of payment do you accept? We accept: Switch, VISA Card , Master Card . Cash , Cheque . Do you do tours/sightseeing ? Yes we offer Hourly / daily hire for tours/sightseeing and allow a complete flexibility to your schedule What is your position on cancellations? All cancellations to be notified to our office by telephone or by e-mail 24 hours before landing if you had booked an airport pick up. - If the pick up is in London 4 hours prior to the pickup time is requested. (Sufficient time is required) or the cost of the journey will be charged.
